My Wedding Stationery Design Process

Step One: Discovery Process

I will schedule a complimentary meeting with you to discuss your requirements.
The discovery process will enable me to understand more about you as a client, your wedding, and what you require from me.
From there I will create a custom quote for you.

  • Custom quote

Step Two: Design and Refine

This is the fun part!
Your wedding stationery designs are created based on the discovery process and you will be presented with visual designs to review.
I’ll work with you to refine the design to make sure we have the right look and feel.

  • Design concept presentation

  • 2 rounds of refinements

  • Artwork proofs of collateral

Step Three: Print and Send

This is the final phase. I will send your designs to a printer and create your finished products.
Or send you the finished artwork if you want to organise the printing yourself.

Any optional extras will be ready for you - envelopes, address labels etc, and I will contact you to arrange collection or delivery of your stationery.

Now you just need to personalise and send them to your guest!

Any other wedding stationery you require can be discussed closer to the event if you require your theme to run through your whole day.

  • Any supporting stationery you require will be created.

  • Designs for additional on-the-day items to be considered if required.

How to book your wedding stationery design

Step One: Schedule a chat

This will start the discovery process. I will discuss your project in detail to define the project requirements.

A custom quote can then be sent to you. I’ll discuss your goals and what the design process entails.

Step Two: Receive a quote and book your slot

Once we have discussed and finalised the scope and budget of your project, I can send through a custom quote and proposal with pricing options.

These may include different deliverables to suit your needs and requirements.

Step Three: Design time

Once you’re booked in, I’ll get started on the design process to design your wedding stationery. 

I’ll design with you in mind, and we can work together to create your finished design and send it to your guests.
