Designing the anniversary logo.

When Farmer Autovillage approached me to create an anniversary logo design to commemorate their 30 years in business, I was thrilled to take on the challenge. The task was to design a logo that not only marked this significant milestone but also resonated with the brand's identity and values.

The client's vision.

The client had a clear vision for the logo design. They wanted it to incorporate the company's existing colours and add a touch of gold to symbolise the prestige of their three-decade journey. This blend of colours aimed to reflect the brand’s heritage and its forward-looking perspective.

Concept and typeface.

For the number 30, I chose a round geometric typeface, representing the wheels of a car—an essential element for an automotive company. The 3 and 0 were designed to interlock, symbolising unity and continuity. This interlocking design also provided a unique space to incorporate the word “years” within the 0, and the years "1991/2021" inside the 3, creating a cohesive and elegant look.

Logo placement and balance.

One of the key requirements was for the anniversary logo to sit harmoniously above the Farmer Autovillage logo. Ensuring the two logos balanced well together was crucial, as the anniversary logo needed to complement the existing brand identity without overpowering it.

Application across mediums.

The anniversary logo design was intended for versatile use. It would be featured on signage around the building, enhancing the visual appeal and marking the milestone proudly. Additionally, it would be applied to various printed materials, ensuring consistent branding across all collateral.
